Ashley reveals: "Only Nicole was allowed to talk"

Ashley Roberts has revealed she ''wasn't allowed to talk'' during her time in the Pussycat Dolls, suggesting that Nicole Scherzinger's leadership was the reason they broke up in 2008.

The former Pussycat Doll was talking to her I'm A Celebrity camp mates about what it was like being in the band when she made the revelation that she and the other girls were banned from talking and Nicole Scherzinger spoke behalf of the whole band.

She revealed: "Even in the group I wasn't allowed to talk, we were told to be quiet. Only Nicole was allowed to talk and we would occasionally pitch in."

A shocked Charlie Brooks then asked her: "Only Nicole was allowed to talk, why did they say that then, did that not drive you nuts?" Ashley replied: "Are you serious? Why do you think the band broke up? U2 are still together and they split everything down the middle."

Ashley was then asked by boxer David Haye if she and the other Dolls equally shared the money they had made while together in which she answered with a definitive 'no'. Ouch.
