Welcome to the new layout

Hey Ashley Nation! I would like to welcome you to our brand new layout on UAR! YAY! In dedication of Ashley's birthday tomorrow, I decided to change the look of the site and voilà. It's been a while since the last layout change and this time around I wanted it to be more modern and simple looking.
