US singer Ashley Roberts has graduated from Pussycat Doll to cougar, pouncing on a young gun Roosters and NSW Origin star. The 30-year-old visiting dancer - who is here for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week commitments - wasted little time hitting the Sydney party circuit after flying in from LA on Saturday, captured leaving Bar100 in The Rocks early yesterday with hunky chook Mitchell Pearce, 23. It's understood the pair met at Schweppes Sydney Cup Day and met up later in the night.
"They were getting very close on the dance floor," said an onlooking bar fly. "And they left together arm-in-arm."
A call to Roberts' spokeswoman yesterday failed to determine where the couple ended up afterwards.
"They're just friends," the spokeswoman said.
The sassy blonde, 30, will head up the Grazia/Madison week of festivities at Bar100, making daily appearances at the 8 Brothers Italian eatery.
