We wondered why Ashley Roberts cancelled a Confidential photo shoot yesterday, not once but twice, then we found out what she got up to at the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix afterparty.
The former Pussycat Doll hooked up with AFL player Josh Gibson when she was here for last year's Melbourne Cup and was on the prowl for him again at the track. The purring singer found her man at Left Bank nightclub and they were happily, and very publicly, all over each other.
They moved on to the Boutique club - where the PDA started all over again. Our southern operative reports: "They didn't leave each other's side and were being very affectionate and wanted a private room but they didn't get one because the owner didn't know who they were."
The couple left about 4am, with Roberts tweeting at 10.40am: "I'm feeling the love from down unda.. Wow that sounds crazy! Ha. But in all seriousness. I love u oz. Next stop: Sydney." That'd be for a rest, though, and not for our shoot.
